Operations CRM - Email a Quote Request

  1. Navigate to "CRM"

    If you would like to email a quote request, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

  2. Click "Quote Requests"

    Then, click "Quote Requests". In order to access Quote Requests, you will need to have the role of "administrator" or "superuser", or have the roles of "quoteEdit" and "accountQuoting".

  3. Search for the quote request

    Enter the quote request number you would like to view in the "Search..." field.

  4. Click on the more details icon

    Then, click on the more details icon to open quote request details screen.

  5. Click "Email Quote" icon

    Next, click the "Email Quote" icon.

  6. Enter recipient's email address

    Enter the recipient's email address.

  7. Enter email address to be Cc'd, if needed

    Enter the email address or email addresses of the recipients you would like to email the the quote request to.

  8. Enter email address as Bcc, if needed

    You can also update the "Bcc" field if needed.

  9. Enter Email Subject Line

    You can customize the subject line as needed. "Your Quote is Ready" is set as default.

  10. Draft the message

    You can also personalize the message of the quote request.

  11. Click "Send"

    Once everything has been updated, click "Send" to email the quote request.

  12. Click "Schedule send" icon, if needed

    You can also schedule the email if needed. Click the "Schedule send" icon.

  13. Set the scheduled date

    Set the scheduled date as to when the email would be sent.

  14. Set the scheduled time

    You can also set the time when the email would be sent.

  15. Click "Schedule send"

    Once everthing is set, click "Schedule send".

  16. Scheduled date and time confirmation

    The date and time have been set and the email will be sent according to the scheduled date and time.
