Operations CRM - Assign Price Levels to Cash Quotes

1. Navigate to "CRM"

   To assign a price level to a cash quote, navigate to the "CRM" section in the Operations Portal.

   

2. Click "Cash Quotes"

   Click on "Cash Quotes". In order to access "Cash Quotes" the account will need to be set up either as an "administrator" or a "superuser", or have the appropriate role: "dashboardSearch", "dispatch", "orderEdit", or "crmCompanyOrderEdit".

   

3. Search for the cash quote

   Locate the cash quote by scrolling through the list or typing a keyword into the "Search..." field.

   

4. Click on the more details icon

   Click on the more details icon to open the cash quote details screen.

   

5. Go to the "Items" tab

   Go to the "Items" tab within the cash quote.

   

6. Click the "Price Level" dropdown

   Click the "Price Level" dropdown.

   

7. Select the desired price level

   Assign a price level to a cash quote to update the prices of all listed items on the cash quote by clicking the appropriate price level from the dropdown list.

   

8. Verify selected price level

   The newly added price level will apply to all items on the quote.
