Kodaris, a DBA of Kodara, Inc. (“Kodaris,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy in providing the www.kodaris.com website (the “Website”) and the associated Kodaris cloud-based supply chain management platform and related software, products and services (collectively, the “Platform”) to you (“you” or “your”).

This policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information that we may collect from you, that you may provide when you visit the Website or access or use the Platform, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies to information that we collect:

In connection with inquiries sent through our Website or your access to and use of the Platform.

We retain your personal information indefinitely, unless you request that we delete it.

If you or your company is a vendor of products through the Platform, we may disclose your information (including personal information) to prospective buyers of those products in order to facilitate a transaction or as otherwise instructed by you.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information we receive or collect. We have created the following mechanisms to provide you with control over your information:

European Union Visitors

The Website and Platform are not intended for minors under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on or through the Website or Platform or through any of its features, register for an account, make any purchases through the Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a minor under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

Platform users can review and change your personal information by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.

Website visitors and Platform users may also contact us at support@kodaris.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete any Platform user’s personal information except by also deleting the user’s account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Regardless of whether User Content have been deleted from the Platform, copies of your User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other users.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. We also maintain several compliance programs that validate our security controls. For example, we follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card information.
