Kodaris Payment Processing for Cloud Suite Distribution

This video provides an overview of Kodaris payment processing capabilities integrated directly within Infor Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD).

Kodaris has been providing payment processing services since for many years, handling transactions across multiple platforms including commerce checkout, customer portals, and operations portals. This integration brings embedded point-of-sale payment processing directly within Infor CSD sales order entry, allowing merchants to process payments without leaving the application. The system maintains rigorous security standards including PCI compliance, annual audits, and SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 1 Type 2 compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met.

The integration supports both card-present and card-not-present transactions, including the ability to store customer cards for future use. For in-person payments, Kodaris offers terminal options supporting modern payment technologies including tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The terminals can also capture electronic signatures for order pickups and other non-payment scenarios.

Merchants can optionally implement surcharging functionality to help recoup processing fees, with built-in compliance features that properly itemize these charges on customer receipts. The system also supports Level 2 and 3 data transmission to minimize processing fees where possible. The integration works within the existing CSD framework, maintaining the same interfaces and user experience that users are already familiar with.

The system allows for flexible merchant account management, supporting multiple merchant IDs to accommodate different configurations by branch or to meet surcharging requirements that vary by state. For reconciliation purposes, detailed reporting is available through either the Kodaris dashboard or partner portals, enabling accurate transaction tracking and reconciliation with ERP data.

The video demonstration shows various payment flows including one-time payments, stored card usage, pre-authorizations, and direct sales. The system also handles special transaction scenarios like returns, partial shipments, and order modifications with appropriate payment adjustments, ensuring that even complex payment situations are managed correctly within the existing CSD workflow.
