For cash quotes, the Portal prompts users to include an expiration date if the field is blank when generating a PDF or sending an email. This will help ensure expiration dates are on cash quotes sent to customers.

Additional Role for Lead Importer - A Lead Import permission has been added so that users can access the importer without requiring administrator or superuser level permissions.
Dodge Source Link (www.construction.com) - When importing a Dodge leads report, data from the Source Link now populates on the Employee Portal Lead Details screen.
Orders
Display Delivery Address - Update to display the Delivery Address section under Order Details when selecting “Use as delivery address” on the Billing Address. This section was previously hidden when that option was selected, but has been updated so users can see full Delivery Address details and make any needed edits.
Pull Orders from ERP - This was previously limited to just administrators or superusers, but is now available to anyone with order permissions in the Portal.
Duplicate Orders on Export - When running an export from the Orders screen in the Portal, users were experiencing duplicate orders in the export. Sorting on the ERP # column in the Portal before exporting will resolve this issue.
Customers
Customer Assigned Addresses - An Assigned Addresses tab has been added to Customers. Here, you can view addresses that have been assigned to the customer. You can also remove or add additional addresses. These will determine which addresses the customer has access to on the commerce site.
Companies > Customer > Comments Badge - The counter badge on the Customer Comments tab under a company now auto updates to reflect the number of comments left.
AR/AP
Vendor Detail Updates - Internal Comments & Files tabs have been added to Vendors for additional internal management of data.
Pull ERP Payments - You can download payment records by clicking on the Download icon on the AR screen. A window will display where you can select your file download format, set a date range and set if the records should be marked as downloaded. These different file formats can be used to upload into your system. Standard EDI files are supported.
Delete Vendor Invoices - An option to delete invoices when navigating to Vendors > Vendor > Invoices.
PIM
PIM Cross References Export - Update to export only filtered records when running an export for products. This will help the PIM team further isolate data when working on updates.
Marketing
Additional Sitemap File - To improve SEO on sites with a large product catalog, additional site maps files will be generated when needed for large product catalogs.
Operations
Tax Rates Table & Details - A Tax Rates grid has been added where you can search on a list of system tax rate records and view record details. An option to add new tax rates is also available on the grid.
Integration Section on Employee Details - An Integrations section is now available to sign individual users up for QBI access.
Schema Screen - A schema screen has been added to help further customize the portal. Users can add schema records to specify how different fields in the Portal should be displayed. This is in beta with more features coming soon.
System
Attach Files to Internal Files Screen - An option to attach files under the Internal Files screen is now available. This allows users with access to add internal files in the Portal without tying them to a specific data entity.
Selector for URL Rewrites - A dropdown has been added to the Section field for URL rewrites to ensure data the user enters is formatted correctly.
Payment Methods Grid & Details - A Payment Methods grid has been added where you can search and filter on existing customer payment methods in the system and view their details.
General Portal Improvements
Keep Windows - An update has been released throughout the Portal to only close windows if clicking on the Cancel button or Trash icon. Previously, windows would also close if you clicked anywhere on the screen outside of the window. This update will help ensure windows aren’t accidentally closed.
Custom Fields - In the Platform, endpoints have been added to be able to include custom fields and other data so the Employee Portal can be further customized. This feature has been used to add an ‘Approval’ custom field to the Summary section on Orders, using data saved on the order, where requested. This feature requires some configuration, so if you have any questions on how you can utilize this, please reach out to support. Developer docs will be coming soon.
Credit App PDF Updates - Layout fixes to the internal PDF generated and saved on the Company when a customer submits their credit application.
Error When Selecting A Card System Payment Method - Update so that when a Card Payment System is set on a Company, an error isn’t displayed.
Remove White Bar on iPad - Update to remove the white bar that was displayed across the bottom of the Employee Portal when accessing on iPad. This will allow iPad user to use the portal wherever they are in the world.
Customer
Digital Credit Application Registration
Updates to add the registration UX to the Digital Credit application process. The customer enters their email address and then receives an email to set their password so they can then login and begin the application. This registration also creates a new company and customer in the Employee Portal so the application can be tracked.
Enforce State Field Format on Digital Credit App
Update to the state field on the credit application to be a dropdown instead of freehand. This helps ensure the correct data is being entered into the system.
Digital Credit App Autofill Country
Update to autofill the Country on the Employee Portal side when a customer selects their state on the Digital Credit app. This ensures a full address on the company for accurate data.
Payments
Send Payment Notification to Cash Quote or Order Assignees
The MVP to send payment notifications to any users assigned to Orders or Cash Quotes when a customer makes a COD payment is now available. Currently, users must manually assign themselves to the Cash Quote or Order to receive a notification, but an update is in progress to auto-assign the user sending the COD link email.
UX for Declined Payments
If turned on a warning banner saying “Potential Fraud” is now displayed for COD payment orders that have had 2 or more declined payment attempts. For orders that are flagged with this warning, any further payment attempts will be blocked and an “Oops” message will be displayed to the customer if they try again. For known customers where there isn’t fraud, resending the payment link will reset the order so they can try again.
