We are a global, entirely remote workforce and use tools such as Slack, Google Meet, Zoom to stay in constant touch with each other daily. We are family-focused. As an Account Manager, you will play an integral role in providing an excellent customer experience. Handling the day-to-day needs of multiple customer, such as project management, status meetings, and relationship management, this role is ideal for those who exhibit strengths in these areas:

  • Communication Skills – communicates clearly and concisely, answers questions, and is comfortable solving problems.
  • Relationship-Building Skills – develop strong connections with Kodaris team members; empathizes and focuses on what the customer is trying to accomplish; is able to manage customer expectations and clearly communicate statuses and time lines.
  • Creative & Critical-Thinking Skills - able to figure it out. Research and look to clearly define issues, processes, and requirements with the customer and communicate to the team.


  • General business process knowledge.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced team environment and with remote team members.
  • Willingness to understand and learn Kodaris and the customer’s business process.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positivity, grit, urgency, accountability and a can-do attitude.
  • Assertive and willing to dig in to find the answer.
  • Able to operate in a startup environment - being able to handle interruptions, changing priorities and multiple tasks in a calm and professional manner.
  • Previous technical software knowledge is a plus.
  • Distribution / Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
