Responsibilities
As a Customer Product Owner, you will play an integral role in providing an excellent customer experience. You will handle the day-to-day needs of multiple customers, such as project management, status meetings, enhancements requests and relationship management, and working with Kodaris product teams and engineering. If you asked our team to describe this role, they would say it's the perfect mix of business background meets technical IT analysis and design. This role is ideal for those who exhibit strengths in these areas:
- Communication Skills – communicates clearly and concisely, answers questions, and is comfortable solving problems.
- Relationship-Building Skills – develop strong connections with Kodaris customers and team members; empathizes and focuses on what the customer is trying to accomplish while managing their expectations.
- Creative & Critical-Thinking Skills - able to figure it out. Research and look to clearly define issues, processes, and requirements with the customer and communicate to the team.
- Collaboration Skills - connect with internal teams, including engineering, support, and product development, to ensure a customer specific experience and tailored product.
Qualifications
- Two years of technical product owner / management experience is required.
- Accounting / ERP knowledge is helpful.
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced team environment and with remote team members.
- Willingness to understand and learn Kodaris and the customer’s business process.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to grasp extremely detailed information and communicate that information accurately.
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Assertive and willing to dig in to find the answer.
- Able to operate in an extreme agile environment - being able to handle interruptions, changing priorities and multiple tasks in a calm and professional manner.
